Some A-Zisms
This is my home away from home. It goes under C for Charlotte, NC. My brother has bought a new home but will keep this one. I think he should turn it into a scrapper's retreat. It has been for Tricia and I. I love Charlotte. It's the best small city. It has art. It has culture. It has football. It has sushi. It has restaurants that you walk to. It has a trolley. It is home to Donna Downey. It is where Shane and I would like to be one day. It is where my kids want to be one day. In a few short years......I have to ask my scrapbooking friends-check out my friend Brittany's blog(on the right under Brittany H) she has made some pages this weekend and is just starting. She could use our encouragement and she will be my sidekick at future CKUs. Also check out my friend Beth's blog(Jacko) she made some canvas art today and it is too cute-glad I got to watch her work! Thanks all!

Thanks for sharing some of your A-Z's. The house looks very cozy and inviting. And no, I don't think Jackie looks oriental. Thanks for mentioning my blog, but you deserve a lot of credit for how that canvas turned out. Thanks for the tools and ideas!! I'm looking forward to my next scrapping project, whatever it may be.
I can't believe you guys don't think she looks oriental-I will have to post a photo of what she looked like when we met! The house in the photo is not the one my brother just bought-it's his old one and my fave.
