I had my last training session yesterday and today I had my final measurements today and last month I had lost eight inches well today I was given the total of 21.5 inches!! 21.5. I lost a baby! An inch in my neck...how do you lose an inch in your neck?? I started at 34.5 inches in my waist and am now 28.5. I look at myself and see no changes but obviously the tape measure doesn't lie.
