wanna know how to make a great summer drink?

Well let me tell you!

2 cans tropical fruit cocktail chopped
1 cup OJ
1 cup Lemonade
5 cups of H20
2 cups Malibu rum
5 peach tea bags

Steep the peach tea bags in the five cups water. Get it nice and dark. I put mine in the microwave to hurry it up. Then add all other ingredients to blender and blend on low. This will keep you from having to chop the fruit. It should do it for you and include the juice from the cocktail fruit. After it's done blending. Add it to a container that will be stored in the freezer, add the peach tea. Freeze. After it's frozen scoop as much as you want into a glass and pour Ginger Ale or 7UP on top and drink. It's awesome. If you don't want to freeze it you don't have to. Brittany and I drank it thawed too. Just add the soda! It's really good and nice on a hot day.

We enjoyed the Hallman's visit. Really enjoyed that her husband was calling and couldn't get in touch with us cos he thought we were up to no good. I don't know why that put a smile on my face but it did. I'm thankful Brittany got to meet a couple of my friends and that her and I will be hitting Great American next Friday! Fun! I also got to clean out my scrap room while she was here. That just felt good to get rid of some things that I've had for too long. I love helping a new scrapper' add to their stash! It's fun! It's June! My husband comes home this month!

Thanks for the recipe, looks great. I will have to save it and try next year. It probably wouldn't be the same without the Malibu.

Yay that you guys had so much fun. The drink sounds yummy, but that's a lot of rum!

Thanks for the recipe, I want to try it!

I was just catching up on your posts and am laughing about your being obsessed w/ seeing Shane naked. I totally remember being like that when Jeff was coming home from deployment too. Maybe you should do a layout about your....distraction issue? That would solve *one* of your problems until he gets here :)

The drink does sound good. Too bad all the girls I hang out with only drink beer and hubby doesn't like fruity drinks. I guess I can just make a batch and drink it all myself :)

So happy for you that your husband is coming home this month!!!
